The Essentially Elemental Healing Circle
From 6-9pm starting September 8th ending October 13th, 2022.
Committing to the 6 week series is important and required.
We will create a sacred container, have some prompted sharing, move our bodies, do breath work, some journaling, singing, visualization, meditation, and sound healing. Each week we will focus on a different Element and aspect of ourselves and our connection to Life.
I remember choosing to come down to Earth at this time, feeling very excited and driven to be part of this profoundly pivotal evolutionary time as a human being on planet Earth. My loving heart and healing hands have been with me to support this soul calling my whole life.
I began my profession and calling in the healing arts in 2000 with Level 1 and 2 Reiki attunements and continued further study with a 750 hour Course in Crestone, CO at Crestone Healing Arts Center. I graduated from CHAC in August of 2002. I continued my education with various other trainings and certifications including a 200 hour Prenatal yoga Instructor internship, KRI Kundalini yoga Instructor Certification, as well as Level 2 KRI instructor courses, DONA doula training, Cranio Sacral level 1&2 with Julie Franklin and Janet Evergreen, Prenatal and Postpartum massage certifications and was ordained a Minister of walking Prayer in April 2018 through the Center For Sacred Studies ministerial Program.
When I became a mother I had the experience of knowing how profound an opportunity it is for our society to support mothers in having empowered and gentle births. I believe in the saying Peace on Earth Begins with Birth. I am deeply inspired to support women and families at this momentous time period. I have 3 children and birthed all of them naturally at home. Through the practice of yoga and meditation, deep inner emotional work and learning about the process of pregnancy, labor and delivery I was able to experience peaceful, instinctual births.
I do my best to serve ALL with that which I have learned and experienced. I look forward to serving you on your journey as a fellow human in the process of awakening and healing.
