In this circle we will use ritual and writing practice to explore these themes and how they relate to us personally and collectively.

Join us in a safe and supportive circle where we encourage you to release your grief and rage through sharing, crying, screaming…this is the safe space for all of it. Grief and rage may be related to losing a loved one, being hurt by another, or by the state of the world and our current political climate.
