In this circle we will explore areas in our life where we can slow down for deeper healing and better problem-solving. The safe container of a circle of women allows us to be seen, heard, and supported.
After we gather and cast the circle by calling in the directions and elements we drop into a deep grounding meditation, and then take a moment to share & listen to how our individual experiences feel relevant to the astrological themes and the collective experience. Includes a writing prompt, partner share, and group ritual.
