Tamara Trudeau - My voyage from yoga student to teacher was in 2012 completing a 200H
Hatha and Ayurveda YTT in North Adams, Massachusetts. My personal style during this era was
a Hatha Fusion. I have attended Kripalu Center for Yoga & health where I acquired a Certificate
of Prenatal Yoga under the instruction from Raja Shree. In 2014 I completed Sadhana Yoga Chi a
200 Hour YTT in South Lake Tahoe under the instruction of Doug Swenson. During that
intensive I learned methods of Vinyasa, Power, Restorative, Yin, and Sadhana Yoga Chi. The
duration of my residence in Nevada county for over a decade. I have attended The California
College of Ayurveda to solidify my sadhana (yogic lifestyle). I have had the pleasure to instruct
in established studios, and in home private sessions. Yoga is my passion; it is my dharma to
share this gift of abundant eternal knowledge. It starts within to make an outward shift in the
world.
