Jess is a Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist, herbalist, healer, philosopher, and author.  Through experiencing loss very close to her, Jess journeyed deep into spiritual practices, gathering the many tools available for processing life and death, the need for communal support and open discussion in this area, and a desire to create space for this to take place in our county. Each month we will explore what it is to be a human on Earth, create open discussion of topics brought up by the participants, with Ayurvedic and Yogic processing techniques, as well as existential dialogue. Come be human, in community, and learn more tools for balance and wellness, on this great journey of life, and death.
