During this Hypnotic process, you'll engage with your Higher Self, seeking guidance to uncover a Past Life relevant to your current life inquiries, concerns, or issues. You will be prepared for this process through education and a group question and answer discussion. Following the Regression, you'll have the chance to express and discuss your experiences. Participating in Regressions within a group setting will significantly enhance your ability to access and explore your Past Lives. Please bring a pen/pencil, a journal and an open mind.
