60 min- Creative Vinyasa (20$) – CLASS STYLE: Fluid medium paced transitioned asanas (postures)
This session we will experience a high, medium or self-paced sequence that is designed to challenge any level of practitioner. If you are either a new yogi or seasoned yogi this class will leave you feeling accomplished and vibrating high with replenished sustained energy.
What to bring: Yoga Mat, Water Bottle, Hand Towel (when you get sweaty), Yoga Block to help assist and elevate the body (optional)
